A seasoned member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Tim primarily concentrates his practice in the area of debt finance. Tim has regularly represented banks, commercial finance companies, and alternative lenders in various commercial loan transactions.
Tim’s experience also encompasses representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisition finance transactions and other borrowers in a variety of stand-alone credit facilities. Tim also has significant experience in distressed debt transactions, work-outs, and restructurings.
