Stan serves as the Co-Chair of Morse’s Life Sciences Industry Group. He advises clients in connection with their development and implementation of strategies to protect and commercialize intellectual property, including through licensing, strategic collaborations and joint ventures, with a focus on clients in the Life Sciences industry. He is well-equipped to support clients’ domestic and international intellectual property initiatives with his extensive experience as a patent attorney, conducting due diligence evaluations, and drafting and negotiating sophisticated agreements.
