Dan is an active member of the Patent Team, focusing on foreign and domestic patent prosecution and application drafting in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and treatment fields. Dan has experience as a patent examiner, working with companies to protect valuable inventions across areas like vaccines, small molecule and biologics compositions, diagnostics, dermatology, and much more. He is highly skilled in intellectual property matters, including patent preparation and prosecution, trademark prosecution, license agreements, and due diligence. Dan has been with the firm since 2022, most recently as an Associate.
