WALTHAM, MA – Morse welcomes versatile attorney Amanda Schreyer as Counsel in its Intellectual Property department. Amanda focuses her practice on licensing and technology transactions; trademarks and copyrights; and privacy and data security.
Amanda regularly advises clients on such matters as sweepstakes and contest rules and regulations, native advertising and sponsored content, and FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements. She has substantial experience negotiating film, television, and book deals, and is very knowledgeable about talent collective bargaining agreements. Amanda prosecutes trademarks at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and also advises creative entrepreneurs in connection with a variety of transactional matters.
Her unique blend of corporate and intellectual property legal skills affords her a fresh perspective in both areas of law and enhances the Firm’s capabilities as well.

Prior to joining Morse, Amanda practiced in the Intellectual Property group of a well-known Boston firm. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School, and has been a Guest Lecturer at Northeastern University School of Law and at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. She is also the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section’s Arts, Entertainment and Sports Committee, and a member of the Copyright Society of the U.S.A.
