Morse is currently seeking a highly skilled, junior to mid-level litigator for a hybrid employment and business litigation associate position in the Firm’s Waltham office.
Successful candidates must have:
- 2 – 5 years of experience representing employers in court and administrative litigation of claims related to: employment discrimination, violations of state and federal leaves laws, wage and hour, and contract disputes, as well as an equivalent amount of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a range of general business and/or commercial litigation matters
- Experience in all stages of litigation from investigation and pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, and trial
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Commitment to provide high quality client service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger collaborative team
- Strong academic credentials
- Intellectual property experience is a plus but not required
