Ann is an experienced transactional attorney advising clients in diverse industries, including technology, education, consumer finance, and tax-exempt organizations. Ann is committed to providing her clients with excellent service and to finding solutions that promote business success.
A skilled negotiator of commercial contracts, including software development agreements, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform agreements, referral, e-commerce, manufacturing, and supply and distribution agreements, Ann brings business acumen and practical, actionable advice to her clients. Ann’s practice also involves counselling clients on compliance in the quickly evolving arena of data privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, FERPA, GLBA, and others. Here Ann’s work includes working to identify clients’ compliance vulnerabilities and she brings a practical approach to developing and executing a compliance plan based on each client’s specific needs and resources.
Ann began her career at a large Boston law firm practicing in the corporate and public finance departments. Prior to her work with Morse, she held several senior in-house positions with companies in the student loan finance industry.
Outside the Office
Outside the office, Ann enjoys traveling with her family, walking in the woods, and playing tennis.
