Dan is a corporate and deal lawyer. He focuses his practice on emerging company and venture capital transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. As a seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer, Dan works with clients to navigate and close complex deals. In addition, with a strong operating background, Dan serves as outside counsel to clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on technology, life sciences, agtech, and foodtech.
Prior to joining Morse, Dan worked at leading international law firms advising on major corporate transactions. He has also worked as in-house counsel at a multinational software company and as corporate counsel for M&A and venture capital investments at one of the largest Fortune 100 food companies in the world. Dan’s in-house experience affords him strong insight into the needs and challenges of corporate clients.
Dan is experienced in advising his clients through all phases of the business lifecycle, from formation to exit. In particular, with his corporate experience and deep knowledge of his clients’ businesses, Dan is a trusted advisor to clients across the entrepreneurial lifecycle.
Outside the Office
In his leisure time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, and reading historical fiction.
