A Registered Patent Attorney, Erin handles a broad range of intellectual property issues in the life sciences.
Erin currently works with a variety of clients, including universities, research organizations, and start-ups in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology areas. She has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of both U.S. and foreign patent applications, as well as in researching and analyzing legal and technical issues, in drafting opinions, and in preparing reexamination requests. Erin is also proficient in assisting with various phases of IP litigation and counseling, including patent, copyright, trade dress, and trademark litigation.
Erin joined Morse in 2015 after practicing patent law for several years as an associate in an intellectual property boutique firm, where she provided services to a wide range of clients, including in the food sciences, injection molding, and three dimensional printing services.
Outside the Office
An avid hiker and runner, Erin has completed numerous marathons, including Boston (2011). The Vermont native is also an enthusiastic traveler, having visited Japan, multiple European countries, and a number of locations across North America.
